Your project manager automatically takes on the following tasks:

  • To lead and drive the project by applying the quality principles and practices that anticipates and solves problems.
  • The project manager also continually reviews project elements and costs to ensure teamwork and on-time completion.
  • Follow carefully structured procedures that have proven effective in guiding all phases of the construction process.

Pre-Construction Services

Clients can request our review of the sites under consideration for feasibility, in terms of cost to prepare the site, and preliminary cost estimates for the construction of the improvements.

Construction Management

As the Construction Manger, RCG Enterprises works with the client to ensure that the “best value” is obtained for the project. Value engineering is a key component of every project we undertake. The Company combines its suggestions, with suggestions from its subcontractors, to determine the best options for the project. As the Construction Manager, the Company oversees preconstruction budgeting and value engineering during design. RCG Enterprises then bids out the project to qualified subcontractors, establishes a guaranteed minimum price, and actively manages the construction of the project through to completion.

Design-Build

Often clients look to “package” the responsibility for the design and engineering, along with the contract for construction. With a design-build approach, we generally act as the single point of contact for the client and accept responsibility for both design and construction of a project. The design-build approach brings together the architect/engineer, the construction contractor, and the owner, as a team at every stage of the process.

General Contracting

In this arrangement, the Company performs many of the same functions as a Construction Manager, except preconstruction services may or may not be required. Additionally, the Company often performs much of the work on site.
