RCG Enterprises, Inc. has identified the following sets of objectives as key to the success of the Company.

Business Objectives

  • Establish and maintain an effective and efficient organization for the achievement of our mission.

  • Acquire, maintain and retain the best human and physical resources to ensure premium services.

  • Work in partnership with local entities to advance.
  • Develop effective communications and cooperative relationships with each other, our customers, our suppliers, and subcontractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Schedule meetings to encourage staff and employees to offer suggestions and opinions to better the company.
  • Complete 8 (a) certification, enabling the Company to pursue specific set-aside government projects.
  • Provide government agencies, such as the Veterans Administration and U.S. Military, with unmatched service and quality in general contracting.
  • Establish a strong identity among government, commercial, and residential roofing customers in the southeastern U.S., including the states of Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
  • Establish the Company’s ranking/success rate in the list of certified government general contractors (GSA).

Financial Objectives

  • Increase monthly revenues, to double that of last year, over the next twelve months of operation.
  • Effectively employ cost-containment and control measures to ensure consistent operating income.

Marketing Objectives

  • Increase marketing efforts to achieve high visibility among target customers.
  • Increase participation in trade organizations for improved standing with new and existing customers.
  • Improve service, quality, and delivery to enhance customer loyalty and increase revenue flow.
  • The Company has outlined marketing and positioning strategies that combine several approaches to differentiate effectively, strengthen competitive advantage, and develop a strong, loyal customer base and presence in the community. The motto of the Company is “Building Relationships for Life” which provides customer satisfaction and repeat business.
