President - Ms. Edith R. Young
Ms. Young, a retired Marine, comes to RCG Enterprises Inc. with several years’ experience as a business development consultant. Her experience ranges from Finance and Accounting to Operational Readiness and Systems Management. Educated at the University of Maryland, Ms. Young has a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with emphasis on World History. Her diverse and unique background enables her to identify problems before they arise. Her leadership and vision are essential to the continuity and stability of the Company.
Executive Vice President - Mr. Robert C. Guillot, Jr.
Mr. Guillot, a retired Army Lt. Colonel, performed service of the President from 1999 thru 2004. He has significant experience in general contracting and has worked with the largest customers in the industry. Mr. Guillot obtained his Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Troy State University. His tireless efforts and persistence constantly wears down the competition, driving the company to success. His personal relationships with countless government and commercial customers are a part of the Company’s success and an important key to the future growth of the Company.
Vice President Operations - Mr. Jose L. Torres
Mr. Torres, also a retired Marine, has several years’ experience and expertise in management and as an efficiency expert. Mr. Torres retired from the Marine Corps after 20 years of service and countless awards and commendations. His desire to continue pushing to the front, his ability to make sound decisions, plan efficiently, manage people before, during, and after disaster strikes, together with his charismatic personality, has proven to be a key to RCG Enterprises Inc.’s success. The operational readiness of the Company rests in good hands with Mr. Torres leading the way.
Chief Finance Officer - Mrs. Angela G. Tapley
An Accountant with over twenty (20) years’ experience, Mrs. Tapley manages our Accounting Department. With over $3 Million in quarterly disbursements, ledgers entries, invoices, and billing, she expeditiously submits financial reports essential to the growth and success of the Company. In comparison to other accountants, Mrs. Tapley brings a unique disposition to the Company—Upbeat and Positive.
Director Government Services - Ms. Lisa M. Hill
Ms. Hill has over twelve (12) years experience with Government Contracting. Ms. Hill manages the government contracts and sub-contractors, seemingly without effort. In an industry that is riddled with inefficiencies in paperwork and discrepancies on contracts, Ms. Hill brings order to the chaos. Where most companies fail, RCG Enterprises Inc. consistently rises to the occasion, thanks to Ms. Hill.
